She set out to solve one problem, over and over, for eighteen years: why does marketing spend and business outcome so rarely speak the same language? Multiplier is what happens when that problem finally gets a name.
In January 2025, a former colleague reached out asking for help untangling growth for a SaaS company selling parking-permit software to building management companies. Mukta took it on as a favor — and quickly realized she'd been solving this exact problem for eighteen years, in one form or another. Whether the client was a Fortune-scale healthcare system, a global technology company, or an HR-tech startup on the other side of the world, the underlying question never changed: where is marketing spend actually turning into business results, and where is it just spend?
That realization became Multiplier — a practice built around the thing almost every growing company needs and almost none of them have in-house: someone who sits fluently between the marketing team and the finance team, and can translate one into the other.
Mukta's career has moved between in-house growth leadership and outside advisory work — but the job has always been the same: make marketing spend accountable to a business outcome.
Mukta has served on the board of Mental Health America (MidSouth affiliate), contributing to the organization's marketing brand and strategy — the same instinct for clear, common-sense growth thinking that shows up in every Multiplier engagement.
"Mukta knows how to work backwards from a revenue goal to creating a marketing vision that will grow the business. Her listening skills and problem-solving make her a pleasure to work with."
"Mukta and I worked together on a number of challenging initiatives. She's a detail-oriented subject matter expert who brought a wealth of applicable experience to every problem we tackled."
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute conversation — with her, not a sales team.
